Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

The program

Harvey's Commodities sends transactional text messages to feed customers who opt in: order confirmations and order links, load and delivery status updates, and weekly delivery schedules. Messages are sent from (989) 584-1665.

Consent

You opt in through your account settings in our customer portal by entering your mobile number and agreeing to the consent statement shown there. Consent is given directly to Harvey's Commodities, is not a condition of purchasing anything from us, and your number and opt-in data are never shared with, sold to, or bought by third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes — see our Privacy Policy.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies with your orders and deliveries. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out

Reply STOPto any message to cancel; you'll receive a single confirmation and then no further texts. You can also remove your number in the portal's settings. Re-subscribing later through the portal is a fresh opt-in.

We may update these terms; the current version is always at this page. Material changes to what you receive will be reflected in a fresh consent statement in the portal.
